Per an initial consultation, we will do a preliminary needs assessment to gain pertinent information about your organization and how we may be of service to you as it relates to the presenting problem. Once completed, the team lead will work with the identified client to orchestrate a site visit and/or provide a proposal for the specified scope of work. When the service agreement is solidified, our team will work to bring about positive changes by: meeting with you to discuss the process for the consultation; gathering data about the problem; analyzing the data; report the results back to you; and suggest ways and guidance to implement the desired changes. Throughout this process, you will be required to work closely with the OD Advantage Team to ensure optimal results on each aspect of the services provided.
