Volition Executive Coaching is tailored to you as an individual and uses proven assessments to help you understand where you are in reference to where you want to be as a present or future Executive. Volition Executive Coaching holds no geographic limitations—we will come to you and use appropriate telecommunication to provide you with excellent service. The coaching process typically lasts between three months and one year, depending on the goals desired. Coaching sessions tend to be directed by a development plan and consist of actions and discussions aimed at maximized leadership effectiveness and business results. Sessions are scheduled to fit your busy schedule and build on each other to focus on real world business applications and proven strategies that manifest what works.

Volition Enterprises offers group coaching by teleconference. Each group generally includes 8-10 participants. We usually service two types of clients: employees within the same company and/or individuals within a similar/related profession not in competition with each other. This format works to help companies and related professionals network with and motivate others in the same situation, uncover best practices, impact the bottom line, and appropriately transfer knowledge.
